A native of West Plains, MO and a graduate of Drury University, I have been involved in real estate in one way or another for most of the time since 1992. I have been a part of literally thousands of real estate transactions. With an extensive experience in residential mortgage origination and having owned two real estate companies, I know the real estate transaction inside and out. Additionally, as a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), I have the an ability to help homeowner's facing difficulty with making their mortgage payments that most agents do not. I have received extensive, specific training in the art of helping homeowners in distress sell their "under-water" home and walk away with a clean slate.
