| After realizing that with the way the housing market was we would lose money- we chose Assist 2 Sell to minimize the damage. The first realtor we had left suddenly and Brett called up to introduce himself, he help us set a realistic sale price and a plan of attack. Within 2 months we had our first offer. The deal fell through, but in about 40 more days we had a good offer.
